Delivery Policy

For any items purchased via our website, we will process and dispatch the item within 1 working day, upon receipt of cleared payment.

All items are delivered via a flat rate postage option with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times may vary especially during peak periods and during extenuating circumstances such as Covid-19.

Free Delivery T&C’s

Free delivery is offered on orders over the total value of £30.00.  This offer exludes all sale items.  This offer also excludes orders with delivery to UK offshore regions (Channel Islands and British Islands, including the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight), Scottish Highlands and Islands and UK BFPO.

Right to Cancel Policy (End consumers)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

This cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a 3rd party other than a carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Ideal Pet Foods Limited T/A Purely Fish, 7 The Courtyard, Trewolland, Liskeard, PL14 3NL – 01579 346777 – of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached form but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation:

If you cancel this contract we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary cost arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction for the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than:-

(a)        14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or

(b)        (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods;

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
